Let's not forget his achievements before we turn on him completely. If my mind doesn't deceive me, his team has narrowly avoided defeat on two occasions solely through Jim's haggling efforts. His charm makes me want to be his chum, his bro, his therapist. Clearly he's likely to be either the latest addition to the Dragons Den or accused of being a sexual deviant on the D-List circuit. Who couldn't resist his erotic tone and deadly glare? Not me.
However his problem is taking responsibility for his bad bad choices. Attacking Susan won't help things either. Leave her alone Jim she has her own business. And only at 21. She's only just decided to tell us this now after 7 weeks!?
I really think Jim can win by doing 3 things:
1. Take a back seat, voice concerns clearly and make clear that good ideas were your ideas.
2. Agree with Susan and get her voice heard. She has the knowledge and he has the voice.
3. Take charge on the street and hold out until the interview stage and he'll pass with flying colours.
